Official: Strootman renews until 2022


Kevin Strootman has officially renewed his contract with Roma until 2022.

The 27-year-old, who contract was set to expire next summer, was arguably the Giallorossi’s most important player this past season. The renewal comes as a great news as the Dutchman expressed his delight at remaining:

“The contract renewal is a special thing. I want to win something here and I will do everything I can to achieve it. Everyone at Roma have always supported me during my injury, and for that, I am very happy to stay.”
