Roma confirmed the passage of young attacker Marco Tumminello to Atalanta as the youngster joins the Bergamo-based club on a permanent deal, though, the Giallorossi do retain an option to buy-back the player.
“AS Roma can confirm that an agreement has been reached with Serie A side Atalanta for the transfer of forward Marco Tumminello.”
“Tumminello, 19, will join the Bergamo side for a fee of €5 million. As part of the deal, Roma will also receive 50% of any profit Atalanta may make if they sell the striker in future for a fee greater than €5 million. The Giallorossi also retain the option to re-sign Tumminello at any point for the next two seasons. The buy-back fee is set at €13 million at the end of the first season, and €15 million at the end of the second.”
