RomaPress – Ola Solbakken arrived at Fiumicino airport just before 14.00 CET this afternoon ahead of his free transfer to Roma from Bodø/Glimt.
The Norwegian attacker touched down in the Italian capital to carry out his medical examinations at Villa Stuart and sign his contract the Giallorossi, which will tie him to the club until June 2027.
He’ll become the team’s first official signing of the winter transfer window once his contract with Bodø/Glimt expires on December 31st. Since his contract will technically still be in force, he won’t be able to participate in the Giallorossi’s upcoming training camps in Japan and Portugal.
Solbakken’s arrival ends the year-long transfer speculation surrounding his future after the likes of Napoli and Frankfurt also expressed interest in acquiring him.
