Roma attacker Ola Solbakken spoke about the injuries that impacted his first months in the Italian capital.
While on international duty with Norway, Solbakken was interviewed on the matter by Aftenposten.
“I’ve always known that to emerge as a player you need to be physically fit. There are things you can’t control and others which you can. In terms of body care I’m quite meticulous.”
“It’s not just an hour and a half on the training ground, I’ve become an athlete for the full 24 hours. I pay attention to my diet, sleep and everything that revolves around training, I am very thorough,” he said.
“I know that without injuries I can play at a high level. I have to be careful and I have to always feel good and be ready,” he added.
