Roma’s upcoming midweek Conference League fixture will allow Mourinho to rest some players and feature others among the starting eleven.
According to Il Tempo, the Special One will once again rely on a 3-5-2 formation, maintaining the same defense of Smalling, Mancini and Kumbulla – the Albanian international will be suspended for the next league game vs Udinese.
Mkhitaryan will start alongside Sergio Oliveira in the midfield, who in turn will replace Bryan Cristante.
On the left flank, Matías Viña is likely to make a return to the starting line-up given Nicola Zalewski’s recent injury.
The attack will stay the same, with Tammy Abraham and Nicolo Zaniolo leading the team up front.
