Optimism for Diawara

SportMediaset has reported that optimism is filtering into Trigoria regarding the potential move of Amadou Diawara from
Bologna to the Giallorossi.

Reportedly, Roma sporting director Walter Sabatini is using his close relationship with Bologna CEO Claudio Fenucci to beat the likes of Napoli and Valencia for the player. Bologna continues to request €15 million for the player, while Roma continue to offer only €12 million plus the loan of Umar Sadiq. The bridge is expected to be gapped and there is a chance that the operation could be concluded this week.
