Il Corriere dello Sport have reported that Roma president James Pallotta has decided to remain in Rome for a few weeks extra days and it’s possible he will be present for the unveiling of Eusebio Di Francesco after the departure of Luciano Spalletti.
Last night, Pallotta wanted to say “goodbye” to Spalletti himself, although, the job of sanctioning the farewell was tasked to Monchi in the afternoon after a telephone conversation with Baldini. Pallotta held no meetings with Totti, but it cannot be excluded that he will do so in the next few days. Pallotta will continue to work on stadium matters after he threatened earlier this week to abandon Rome and Roma should there continue to be bureaucratic delays for the stadium.
