Roma president James Pallotta spoke briefly today to La Gazzetta dello Sport and Il Messaggero. The American was asked about the negotiations with Dan Friedkin for the sale of the club and their potential impact on the pitch.
The Giallorossi have lost three consecutive matches in a row and now risk missing out on next season’s edition of the Champions League.
“Roma has everything in place to do well,” he said.
“The negotiation for the change of ownership has nothing to do with the (recent) performance of the team nor the results“.
