Pallotta laments UEFA disciplinary action because of “a few idiots”

Roma president James Pallotta appeared on Sirius XM and lamented the disciplinary action that was opened by UEFA against Roma after monkey chants were heard from the away fans at Stamford Bridge. These are his words:

“You know what the frustrating thing is that sometimes in all of these stadiums, a couple of people that might do something stupid, you know, it unfortunately reflects badly on the 99.9% of people who don’t think like that and wouldn’t do that. It’s a terrible thing in all of the cases and not just the other day, just generally, it’s unfortunate teams get blamed for a few idiots around the world.”
