Il Tempo have reported today that Roma president James Pallotta is ready to return to the capital for new meetings on the Stadio della Roma next week. There is the chance, too, that the president’s return will coincide with the Giallorossi’s opening Champions League clash against Atletico Madrid.
Meanwhile, Kostas Manolas, after being a step away from leaving Roma, could be renewing his contract very soon. As reported by Corriere dello Sport, Roma will propose a new contract of €2.5 million plus bonuses per season. The Greek seems to be open to these figures while Roma’s leadership would also be open to inserting a release clause, which would be for no less than €30 million and only valid for clubs outside of Italy.
