RomaPress – The curtain on the era of James Pallotta at AS Roma has closed.
At approximately 19.15 EST (1.15 CET), the Bostonian and current owner of the Giallorossi signed the preliminary contracts to sell the club to Houston-based entrepreneur Dan Friedkin, the CEO of The Friedkin Group.
The 79-page document was finally signed by Pallotta and sent to his lawyers, DLA Piper, this evening as the process to close the operation now begins.
Internally, Friedkin believes that they can close the deal before the end of August due to having already signed-off on a majority of the documents.
After 10 months of negotiations, Dan Friedkin will be the new owner of AS Roma.
