Roma midfielder Javier Pastore fielded questions on Roma TV today from supporters who used the hashtag #AskPastore on social media. Here’s what the Argentine had to say:
How are you?
Well, very well, I’m happy with how things are going for me personally. I’m playing a lot more than last year. I am very happy but I am also sorry for the last two matches, which we didn’t want. But we are playing very well.
What percentage is your form at?
I feel very good, certainly 80% or 90%. I feel good physically. After six matches every three days, I feel very good. It helps boost your fitness.
What was the biggest challenge in moving from PSG to Roma?
I was afraid of not feeling as good as I did in Paris, but after two months we had a great time and we are very happy here. In France, it was beautiful but here we live very well.
What do you think of Zaniolo and Pau Lopez?
Zaniolo is very strong, when he arrived he was training as part of the first team. He has so much strength and now he’s starting to score. He is a simple and nice guy and can go far if he continues.
Are you scoring a goal on 12 January against Juve?
Maybe.
What’s your best moment in Rome?
This – right now, I have played in many games and did well. The team has had positive results.
