Javier Pastore’s tenure in Rome continues to be nothing short of disastrous.
The Argentine has been out since November with a hip injury and a return date hasn’t been established. The midfielder has been suffering from a hip injury and today he underwent further medical examinations at Villa Stuart to determine the best course of action.
La Gazzetta dello Sport reports that the Argentine has decided to bypass surgery — which would fix the problem — in favor of a non-interventional approach.
Pastore will undergo a conservative, physical therapy plan to help heal both the bone and tendons in his hip. The hope is that after 2-3 weeks of this therapy, he could potentially return to full training.
