Pau Lopez lands in Marseille to undergo medical

Pau Lopez is about to become a Marseille player in the coming hours. As reported by Filippo Biafora of Il Tempo, the Spanish shot-stopper landed in France earlier today and will soon undergo his medical before signing his contract with Olympique de Marseille.

The Spaniard will cost the French side €500,000 for the loan fee with an obligation to buy for €12 million + €1 million in eventual bonuses that will be triggered once the goalkeeper makes his twentieth season appearance to make the deal permanent.

Lopez leaves Roma after two seasons and 76 appearances across all competitions.
