After undergoing his medical in France on Monday, Pau Lopez returned to Rome to complete the final stages of recovery following his shoulder injury sustained in the Europa League clash between Manchester United and Paulo Fonseca’s men.
According to Corriere Dello Sport, the player’s agent confirmed a positive outcome after a thorough and long medical in Marseille. The deal is still in place. The shot-stopper, however, will complete his rehabilitation process at Trigoria until July 17th. Once that’s finished, the Spaniard will join the French side for a loan fee of €500,000 and an obligation to buy set at €12 million after his twentieth appearance for the club.
