Roma attacker Paulo Dybala spoke ahead of the Europa League final and discussed his desire to contribute to the club’s history books.
In a recent interview with Kicker, Dybala – who has successfully recovered from ankle injury and is set to travel with the team to Budapest – previewed Wednesday night’s showdown.
“It would be amazing to write Roma’s history,” he said. “I was always fascinated by this club and this city. But only when I got here did I understand that football rules over everything else.”
“I never experienced anything like the welcome that I received. I was a bit taken aback by the number of people that came to greet me.”
