Following an incredible performance that helped gift Roma a precious win over Empoli on Monday night, Paulo Dybala is said to be delighted with his decision to join the capital club earlier in the summer as a free agent.
According to Corriere della Sera, Dybala has already grown into a leading locker room figure with the Giallorossi. His numbers don’t lie: three goals, two assists in six games in Serie A.
The Argentine international hadn’t played so many minutes in the opening of a season (473 minutes in total) since 2014 during his time at Palermo.
Dybala is reportedly over the moon in the Italian capital, his relationship with his new teammates and manager Jose Mourinho have turned him into a pillar for the club’s long-term project.
