Roma attacker Paulo Dybala is now in Qatar with the Argentinean national team after making a last minute recovery from a quadriceps injury earlier in the month.
Dybala spoke to OneFootball about participating in the highly anticipated tournament and his national team’s chances.
“All participating teams can win. That’s the beautify of it and I think that was the case in the last World Cup, if you ask ten people the same question: ‘Who is the favourite?’ I don’t think anyone would have answered: ‘Croatia.”
“I think there will be some surprises, there are some teams that are doing very well. Argentina, Germany, France have incredible players. Brazil, too.”
“But you never know what can happen in a World Cup. There is always a surprise that ruins all predictions.”
