Paulo Dybala excluded from Argentina’s friendly with Honduras

Roma can breathe a sigh of relief as Paulo Dybala was not risked in tonight’s friendly between Argentina and Honduras.

Scaloni’s men won 3-0 thanks to a brace by Lionel Messi and a goal by Lautaro Martinez without the need of having La Joya enter the pitch.

Argentina manager Lionel Scaloni addressed Paulo Dybala’s absence in his post-match presser.

“It was unnecessary to risk Paulo tonight. He will be available in the next one,” he said, referring to Argentina’s upcoming friendly engagement with Jamaica.
