Roma forward Paulo Dybala was injured in tonight’s match-up with Atalanta in Bergamo.
During the latter stages of the match, the Argentine attacker was hurt as a result of a slide tackle by Atalanta defender Jose Luis Palomino.
According to Filippo Biafora of Il Tempo, Dybala suffered a left ankle sprain which could sideline him for the coming weeks.
It remains to be seen which therapeutic route Roma will adopt. This, in turn, should help establish a more accurate timeline of recovery.
