Paulo Dybala is to be questioned by Italy’s Financial Guard in relation to the scandal involving Juventus and their decision to have players lower their salaries during the early stages of COVID in 20/21.
At the time, Juventus players – including Dybala – agreed to lower their respective wages and spread them over a longer period of time to facilitate the functioning of the club.
According to La Repubblica, Dybala had agreed to have €3.8 million divided into two payments of €1.9 million each.
The prosecutor’s office have already filed a case against Dybala who is now at risk of being disqualified for a month.
