Roma attacker Paulo Dybala is likely to be ruled out for this weekend’s showdown with AC Milan at the San Siro.

The Argentine forward once again went down with an injury in last night’s Derby della Capitale with Lazio.

Dybala was forced to come off at half-time due to an issue related to his thigh muscle – the same issue that forced him to miss a few weeks of action in December.

According to Corriere dello Sport, Dybala will undergo further tests at Trigoria either today or tomorrow but he is expected to miss the weekend fixture in Milan, and could potentially be out for some time.

So far this season, Dybala has missed seven games and injuries have caused him to not play 100% match-fit.
