Paulo Dybala is set to remain in the Italian capital despite offers from Italy and abroad.
As revealed by Corriere della Sera, Dybala’s release clause expired earlier last night.
Thus, no team can match it with an offer Roma do not deem satisfying. The likes of Chelsea, Inter and Saudi clubs failed to attract Dybala’s attention despite contacting his entourage.
As a result, Roma now want to extend the Argentine’s contract.
The newspaper claims that Roma executive Tiago Pinto has already spoken with the player’s agents and there is a preliminary agreement in place which the two parties hope officialize at the end of the transfer window.
