Pedro stretchered off injured during Chelsea’s FA Cup final

Roma may have already been dealt an injury blow before next season even begins.

During this evening’s FA Cup final between Arsenal and Chelsea, Spanish attacker Pedro was injured during the latter stages of the clash — having suffered a shoulder injury.

Pedro was stretchered off and even required a breathing mask from the Blues’ medical staff.

The Spaniard is set to depart the London side and already has an agreement in place with Roma to join the Giallorossi on a free transfer.

The extent of the former Barcelona man’s injury is yet to be revealed so it remains to be seen if it will effect the deal in place with Roma.

The Giallorossi planned on bringing Pedro in for his medical examinations immediately following his commitments with Chelsea before allowing him to go on holiday before the start of the new campaign.
