Pellegrini continues to train individually ahead of Genoa match

Lorenzo Pellegrini’s persisting inflammation to the knee that forced him to forfeit international duty with Italy may continue to cause problems for Roma’s captain.

According to Sky Sport, days away from the weekend fixture against Genoa, Pellegrini underwent yet again full individual training session at Trigoria.

The 25-year-old midfielder hopes to be able to return to group training in the coming days.

However, his availability for the Genoa match is still questionable.

Mourinho will consult with his staff and determine the best way to proceed.
