Pellegrini to return against Bodø/Glimt, Mancini remains questionable

After their comeback win against Salernitana, Roma are already back to work in order to prepare for the upcoming second leg of Conference League quarterfinals against Bodø/Glimt.

According to Corriere dello Sport, after missing Sunday’s entertainment due to suspension, Lorenzo Pellegrini is expected to return to the starting eleven in the Conference League with Zaniolo likely starting from the bench.

Despite his positive impact in yesterday’s second half, Mourinho wants to once again utilize the 22-year-old as an additional weapon off the bench against Knutsen’s team.

In the meantime, Gianluca Mancini’s status is still questionable. The defender, who is nursing a heavy knock to the knee, was on the bench yesterday.

However, Roma will decide between today and tomorrow whether he will be in a position to start on Thursday night.
