The winter transfer market is approaching and Monchi is continuing to work on improving the Giallorossi. Though, there could also be departures during the window.
Tomorrow is the decisive match against Qarabag: if Roma win, they advance to the Champions League knockout stages. However, one name who will not feature in the match is right-back Bruno Peres, who is suspended after being sent off against Atletico Madrid. The Brazilian did not feature against SPAL and appears to be exiting the plans of Di Francesco. As reported by calciomercato.it, Peres’ potential sale in January cannot be ruled out. The most interested clubs are Portuguese sides Benfica and Porto but there is also Watford. To replace him, Monchi is considering three names: Aleix Vidal, Matteo Darmian. and Sime Vrsaljko, who is also wanted by Napoli.
