Roma continue to push for Gonzalo Higuain. La Gazzetta dello Sport journalist Nicolo Schira has reported that the Giallorossi are ready to hand the ex-Napoli attacker wages worth €4.5 million (net) per season. However, Juventus must first renew the Argentine’s contract until 2022 in order to spread out his current €7.5 million (net) wages per season (he also still has two years left on his current contract). The Bianconeri, however, would be forced to give Higuain a “buonuscita” or severance of €2-3 million. After that, Petrachi would bring Pipita on loan for €9 million with an option to buy for €27 million.
