Petrachi eyeing Sirigu, Verissimo as reinforcements

With Paulo Fonseca the new boss, soon-to-be sporting director Gianluca Petrachi is ready to bring reinforcements to Roma. La Repubblica reports that for the defence, Lucas Verissimo, who nearly joined Petrachi at Torino in 2018, is one of the names that could join the Giallorossi. In midfield, the main idea remains Fiorentina’s Jordan Veretout, who costs about €20 million. It’s even possible that Roma could insert a player into the operation to lower the valuation of La Viola. Meanwhile, Salvatore Sirigu is the name that, reportedly, Petrachi would like to bring in as the new goalkeeper.
