Petrachi linked with Roma exit

After his press conference last week in which he lashed out at the media, Gianluca Petrachi is being linked with an exit from Roma — less than one year after arriving.

Corriere dello Sport reports that Petrachi could leave the Giallorossi at the end of the season regardless of the team’s results. One of the biggest issues the club has with the 51 year-old was his inability to rid the club of the likes Javier Pastore and Juan Jesus — two flops who earn a substantial amount in wages. Furthermore, the club is, reportedly, not convinced by the business he conducted last month before the end of the transfer window.

Two potential replacements being linked with the job are Parma’s Daniele Faggiano and Atletico Madrid’s Andrea Berta.
