An hour and a half in the Federal Prosecutor’s office that included a barrage of questions and answers. La Gazzetta dello Sport reports that the case against Roma sporting director Gianluca Petrachi marches on following the Italian’s phrase that he “met with Inter in May” to discuss Edin Dzeko – a period in which he was still under contract with Torino. Testimony has also been requested from Roma CEO Guido Fienga and Inter director Beppe Marotta as well the leaders of Torino regarding the matter. Nonetheless, should the Public Prosecutor opt to take Petrachi to court and the Giallorossi sporting director is convicted, any punishment is unlikely to exceed a fine or a small ban.
