General Manager Tiago Pinto has reportedly met with Francesco Totti, whose agency represents Primavera player Cristian Volpato, to discuss the youngster’s renewal with the Giallorossi, claims Corriere dello Sport.
Volpato, who came on in the second half to Roma-Verona and scored his first senior goal, is on very good terms with Jose Mourinho and the Special One is extremely keen on the 18-year-old.
Pinto met with Totti to assess Volpato’s contractual situation. The capital club want to keep the Primavera midfielder at all costs.
From now on the negotiations will be overseen by agent Giovanni De Montis.
