Plzen beat CSKA Moscow, Roma qualify for knockout stage


Roma received a major boost in the Champions League before their match against Real Madrid even started. Viktoria Plzen saw off CSKA Moscow 2-1, which meant both Roma and Real Madrid have qualified for the knockout stages of the competition due to being level on 9 points after four matches. The final two matches of the group stage will now only determine who finishes first and second in the group.
