Politano-Spinazzola swap won’t be official until tomorrow, transfer not at risk

Roma wanted to have new arrival Matteo Politano available for tomorrow’s Coppa Italia clash against Parma, however, they must continue to wait. Sky Sport reports that there was a delay in Leonardo Spinazzola undergoing his medical with Inter, which has delayed the completion of the transfer. The fullback will not undergo his official medical with the club until tomorrow morning — forcing the Giallorossi to wait to register Politano as a new player of the club, even though he has already passed his medical and signed his contract.

Despite the delays, the transfer is not at risk of falling through.
