Roma Primavera goalkeeper Davide Mastrantonio is ready to take the next step in his career and move away from the Italian capital in search of his first senior experience.
According to Gianluca Di Marzio of Sky Sport, Roma are finalizing a deal with Triestina involving a one-year loan to Serie C for the 18-year-old shot-stopper.
Triestina are desperately fighting for promotion to Serie B and have identified in Mastrantonio the necessary reinforcement in goal.
Last season, Mastrantonio featured in 31 league games for Alberto De Rossi’s team, maintaining 12 clean sheets.
