PSG boss Thomas Tuchel spoke at a press conference today following his side’s 1-0 defeat at the hands of Lens.
The German confirmed that his side are in talks for Roma fullback Alessandro Florenzi and he is confident that the French giants will be able to successfully close a deal for the 29 year-old.
“I’m confident in Alessandro Florenzi signing from AS Roma,” said Tuchel.
”He’s not in Paris today but hopefully tomorrow”.
Florenzi is closing in on a loan move to the Ligue 1 side with an option to buy for a figure around €9.5 million.
The Italian spent the second half of last season on loan at Valencia after it became clear he no longer had a place in the Italian capital under Paulo Fonseca.
