PSG interested in Roma’s Calafiori

Roma Primavera prospect Riccardo Calafiori is drawing interest from outside of Italy.

The 18 year-old left back, whose agent is Mino Raiola, has caught the attention of French giants PSG, according to La Gazzetta dello Sport.

Calafiori’s contract expires in 2022 and the Giallorossi have every intention of handing him a new deal. However, should the club’s hand be forced in their need to raise funds, they could perhaps sacrifice him. It should be noted, though, that relations with Raiola are excellent.

Meanwhile, Roma boss Paulo Fonseca and Primavera manager Alberto De Rossi will decide soon whether to bring the youngster up to the first team or keep him with the Primavera for another season.
