Roma and Paris Saint-Germain are working to finalise Gini Wijnaldum’s transfer to the Italian capital.
The two clubs are currently negotiating over the final details pertaining to the player’s salary.
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, the French giants have agreed to cover part of the 31-year-old’s wages.
The deal could be completed on the basis of a loan with option to buy. The option could turn into an obligation once the player reaches 30 appearances across all competitions and the club qualify for the Champions League.
