The Unicredit board of directors, which met this afternoon at 3PM, approved the agreement between the Czech real estate tycoon and Parsitalia, Capital Dev and Eurnova, the company that owns the land at Tor di Valle, the future site of the Stadio della Roma.

The parties reached a definitive agreement within the last few days after a negotiation that lasted nearly thirteen months and the white smoke finally arrived today from Board of Directors and the final signatures are moving forward.

Over the past two months, there have been numerous meetings between Roma’s new owners, The Friedkin Group, and Vitek: now the objective is to reach an agreement on the future footballing home of the Giallorossi and the entire Tor di Valle area.
