Roma attacker Justin Kluivert could be the next one to depart the club in the coming days as manager Paulo Fonseca looks to thin-out his roster.
According to Corriere della Sera, what in recent days seemed like an unlikely transfer market rumor – a loan move for the Dutchman to Benevento – is actually becoming a feasible option.
Roma haven’t received any offers on a permanent deal for the attacker and his relationship with Fonseca has never been great.
For this reason, Kluivert’s agent, Mino Raiola, is pushing hard to convince the youngster to accept a solution that would allow him to play with continuity and relaunch his career.
Kluivert arrived at Roma in the summer of 2018 and his tenure at the club has been marked by inconsistency ever since arriving in the Italian capital.
