Danish fullback Rasmus Kristensen delivered a precious assist to Romelu Lukaku in last night’s 1-1 draw with Torino.

After conceding late in the match, Kristensen expressed his frustration with the final result in his post-match interview with Roma TV.

“Torino are a difficult team and this stadium was a difficult place to play in,” said the fullback. “They have a frenetic gameplan, very physical and man-to-man. The pitch wasn’t at its best, it was very difficult to play.”

“We knew it would be a physical game, with lots of individual duels. I think overall we played well and we were the better team. It’s a shame we didn’t get the three points because I think we did everything right to get them. A difficult match, but overall we played well.”
