Roma have yet to make a decision on Diego Llorente’s future as the player is linked with a return to Spain.
The Spanish defender has still two years left on his contract with Leeds United but both sides do not intend to continue together.
Following his two consecutive loans at Roma, Llorente was hoping to extend his stay in the Italian capital.
However, according to Marca, Roma have not made any moves to secure Llorente on a permanent basis.
In the meantime, Real Betis have come forward as potential suitors.
The Spanish club is looking for reinforcements for the defensive department and in the next few hours advanced contacts could be made for the veteran defender.
At the same time, Roma continue to monitor Mats Hummels who is favored to join the capital club after concluding his spell with Borussia.
