A month after the events of Cremonese-Roma, Italian referee Marco Serra has been picked to oversee the upcoming Serie B match Venezia-Como.
As revealed by AIA earlier today, Serra’s indefinite suspension seems to have been lifted following his dispute with Roma boss Jose Mourinho.
It remains to be seen whether the referee will be sidelined in Serie B for the remainder of the season, or whether AIA will choose to reintegrate him in Italy’s top division.
