Portuguese midfielder Renato Sanches in nearing a move to Roma.
After weeks of negotiations, Sanches is reportedly edging closer to a temporary transfer to Jose Mourinho’s team.
As reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport, the midfielder has already agreed to terms with the Giallorossi following conversations with Mourinho and assistant Nuno Santos who convinced him of the club’s project.
Sanches was initially intent on finding a club that plays in the Champions League, but Mourinho’s decision to reach out to him helped dismiss any concerns the player might have had.
Now, Roma are expected to complete an agreement with Paris Saint-Germain, allowing Sanches to join them in the coming days.
