Roma midfielder Renato Sanches is hoping to make himself available to Jose Mourinho in the coming weeks.
The Portuguese international suffered a muscle injury in the match with Sheriff Tiraspol two weeks ago.
Roma, on the other hand, do not wish to rush his recovery given the player’s extensive injury history.
According to La Repubblica, there has been a minor delay in Sanches’ recovery but the club are hoping to have him back at Mourinho’s orders for the big showdown versus Inter at the San Siro on 29 October.
