Roma are not optimistic regarding Renato Sanches’ availability for the match against Udinese.
After mistaken reports claimed the Portuguese midfielder had suffered another injury, Roma communicated to the media that is a simple case of muscle fatigue, hence Sanches’ absence from Wednesday’s training session.
According to Corriere della Sera, Sanches will be rested today as well before making his return to group training on Friday ahead of the weekend fixture.
Sanches is expected to be available off the bench on Sunday versus Udinese.
