Roma midfielder Renato Sanches responded to the latest story by La Repubblica which claimed he’d consulted a witch doctor.
Earlier today, an article written by Italian journalist Marco Juric of La Repubblica had suggested that Sanches – seeking alternative solutions to his injury woes – had consulted a witch doctor.
Sanches denied these rumors via his personal Twitter profile.
“I never said I went to a witch,” Sanches wrote on Twitter. “I was having a good conversation with my former teammate. We exchanged several topics of conversation because we always had a good relationship, and what I said was maybe someone made me some curse or something like that…”
