Report: Ante Coric to join Roma

Pagine Romaniste have reported that Dinamo Zagreb midfielder Ante Coric will join Roma this summer for €12 million plus bonuses and sign a 5 year contract.

Reportedly, the pressing of Roma sporting director Monchi in recent months has worked as the player will join the Giallorossi in the summer (not January due to budgetary reasons). The Spanish director, accompanied by Federico Balzarerri, met with the youngster and his his family before Christmas: this was the decisive meeting which led to the breakthrough. Coric and his family, along with agent Pietro Leonardi, will be in the capital in February to finalise the verbal agreements that were put in place over the last few months.
