Report: Arab consortium offer €1.5b for Roma

Italian journalist Paolo Bargiggia wrote today on Ilprimatonazionale.it that an Arab consortium have reportedly offered €1.5 billion for Roma.

Reportedly, discussions arose last November in the headquarters of the Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia in Rome. After this first meeting, another meeting took place in February where the Arab group raised their offer: €1.5 billion plus a sponsorship of €50 million per season for 4 years, provided that Pallotta sells by the third year. This purchase option expires on 31 May, Pallotta, though, appears to have no interest in selling.
