The latest report by Italian newspaper Il Tempo does not completely rule out the possibility of seeing Romelu Lukaku stay another season on loan at Roma.

Today’s edition of the newspaper suggests that – despite rumors linking Lukaku with Napoli as an option in case of Antonio Conte’s move to the Partenopei – Chelsea are having a hard time finding permanent suitors for the Belgian striker.

So far, the Blues are said to have struggled collecting any offers for the 31-year-old.

Lukaku’s preference is to remain in Europe and, above all, in Italy.

Thus, Il Tempo reports that it is still possible for Chelsea to change their mind and reach an agreement with Roma for an extension of Big Rom’s loan in the Italian capital.
